Get shiny hair:

Want shiny, healthy-looking hair? Then, simply brew up a pot of extra-strong coffee, allow it to cool to room temperature, and then pour it on your hair. Leave it on for around 20 minutes before rinsing it off. Repeat it once a week for best results.

Use as an air freshener:
Coffee grounds have an excellent capability of absorbing unpleasant odors. So place some coffee grounds in an enclosed space like in a refrigerator or near your sink or desk to prevent it from giving out unpleasant smell.

Exfoliate skin:
Mix coffee grounds with a body lotion and apply the mixture on your skin. Regular application of this mixture will naturally exfoliate the skin, making it smooth and soft.

And to get rid of dead skin from face, just rub the moist coffee grounds gently and then rinse it off with water.

Fertilize plants:
You can even use coffee as fertilizer! Add a little coffee to your garden soil and see how your houseplants bloom in no time. Coffee beans release nitrogen and so they are particularly good for acid-loving plants such as roses, tomatoes, azaleas and blueberries.

Keep away bugs:
If you’ve spotted ants roaming around your house or office, then just sprinkle some coffee grounds on their path. Since they cannot stand the smell of coffee, all the ants and tiny slugs will definitely move away from your home/office.

Keep your shoes fresh:
Sprinkle some powdered coffee evenly on the soles to keep your shoes smelling fresh and clean. Coffee will literally absorb the foul smell that your shoes accumulate from sweat and dirt.

Get rid of fleas from your pet:
Yes, you can easily get rid of those nasty fleas from your pet using coffee. For this, first give your dog a normal bath and then simply rub some coffee grounds into the coat of your pet. Doing so will effectively remove all the fleas from your dog.

Fix Furniture Scratches:
Take two to three tablespoons of instant coffee and add just enough water in order to make a thick paste. Now take a small amount of this paste and gently rub it across the scratches. Repeat it as necessary until the cracks disappear.

Keep your car smelling fresh and clean:
Place a small open tin filled with freshly ground coffee beans inside your car. This will help remove any strong odors that you bring into the car – for example of junk food.

Get your pots and pans clean:
The coarse texture of coffee grounds makes them a perfect, fine scrub material for hard-to-clean dishes. You can even make a small scrubbing bag by yourself. Just pack the coffee grounds into a piece of square cloth by gathering its ends with the help of a rubber band.

Cleaning Surfaces:
Prepare a mixture of coffee grounds and liquid soap or dish washing liquid. You can now use this mixture as a scrub for cleaning cooker tops, counter tops and refrigerators.
